I know I've read a series where Agricola taught Tuathal and sent him over to be High King. I doubt this happened. I don't remember who wrote them, they aren't in my library, so I must have read the trilogy in KU.
Can't find it in my Goodreads either, so I must not have ticked the right box. I know it was in KU so it must have been a suggestion off all the related ebooks I read the past spring... could have been a link from you, or Fiona, or Damion Hunter, or Goldsworthy, or...! Only the 3rd book was in Ireland, so the author may not have found any more info than you did. Wish I could remember, they weren't bad.

Not ringing any bells with me either. I’m thinking of having a Túathal in my book, but a descendant.

Well, thank you anyway Sally!
Looks like there’s work ahead for archaeologists! Isn’t it strange how a good bookshop mysteriously appears just when you need it most?
Many thanks Jacquie.
Yes, Michael’s bookshop was a lovely surprise.
Thank you, kind sir!
Cap duly doffed, both you and Fiona Forsyth are so thorough in your research. Thanks you for such informative posts.
